I love my so called down-time which enables me to nap on the porch, take a snooze on the chair or find a sunny corner to bask in the afternoon sunlight.

Who can forget the heated discussions in our community over the roundabouts on SR 179, the alternate routes, the Dark Sky designation or the continuous roadway lighting? In each case many people took a side on the issue and became intractable in their viewpoint before they were fully educated on the facts. In order to understand why we are having this discussion, I will provide some…

By Councilor Jessica WilliamsonSedona AZ (August 27, 2015) – I regularly hear from Sedona residents who say that they don’t want any more national chain stores here in Sedona.  What they want is small, locally owned mom-and-pop businesses that sell products for local residents.  They don’t understand why the City Council doesn’t make that happen.

By Ted Grussing… this Ringneck duck is coming in for a perfect landing with his tail dragging through the water providing a braking action and his “main gear” deployed and extended waiting for the flying speed to drain off and make contact with the water throwing up a spray worthy of a water skier doing slalom. I love shooting wildlife and this is a shot I took a couple of years ago … it is a keeper.

Unlikely that I will ever switch over to Lightroom because…
