Prescott AZ (February 5, 2016) – On February 3, 2016, 45-year-old Marla Davis was arrested for felony charges including 2 counts of Inducing Witness to avoid Testifying and 3 counts of Threatening to Cause Physical Injury. Davis was booked at the Camp Verde Detention Center and remains in-custody. Bond has not been set as of this writing.In recent weeks, PANT detectives developed information that Davis was involved in a plan to intimidate witnesses related to her previous arrest on January 8, 2016, on several drug charges. The information was investigated and evidence obtained to substantiate the allegations.
Cornville AZ (February 5, 2016) – On Thursday, February 4 at 11:04am the Verde Valley Fire District (VVFD) responded to a Motor Vehicle Accident on Cornville Road near Brookside. Upon arrival crews found two vehicles with heavy damage and one vehicle hauling a horse trailer with one horse inside. Further assessment revealed no injuries to the two drivers although the horse was injured.

The following is an exclusive interview with sound engineer Tim Jessup, a Sedona resident, who engineered and mixed the soundtrack for Now More Than Ever: The History of Chicago, a featured documentary for the 2016 Sedona International Film Festival. He is also the band’s regular sound engineer and is currently working on Chicago’s next album: Chicago at Symphony Hall: Live With the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

The legendary American band Chicago takes center stage live in concert at the Sedona performing Arts Center Feb 19 and Feb 20. Originally scheduled to play only one concert in Sedona on February 19th, the concert sold out in 17 minutes flat, prompting Festival officials to schedule a second concert the following evening on February 20th to accommodate the public’s demand.
Sedona AZ (February 5, 2016) – Banicki Construction will be installing new in-ground, removable traffic delineators in Uptown Sedona along the center lane of State Route 89A beginning at Jordan Road to approximately 40 feet south of Amara Lane. The bird was rescued following a collision with semi-truckVerde Valley AZ (February 4, 2016) – On November 19, 2015 Arizona Department of Public Safety (ADPS) Troopers were called to the scene of a non-injury collision involving a Commercial Vehicle and a Golden Eagle on Interstate 40 near Seligman. Although the truck driver wasn’t injured, the eagle certainly was. The bird had crashed through passenger side of the front windshield entering the cab of the truck. It then flew away before landing on the emergency shoulder of the highway.
