By Ted Grussing… is a terrible thing, especially when you know exactly what you want to do … so I’m throwing myself into the tutorials on Premier Pro and on a grinding basis am learning every tool and how to use it. In the past I have learned just enough to scrape some photos or vid clips together, throw in a music track and then toss it all aside until I decide to do it again and have to relearn everything again, but on a minimalist level to just throw something together again. Most of my work is photography, but…

Arizona animal shelters typically see an increase of 2 to 3 times the number of animals needing shelter. Many pets that get lost during this time get injured or worse.
By Ted Grussing… what an incredible weekend and what an incredible day it was today … I did about 4 hours on a Polaris RZR with a friend starting this morning at the Trailhead for Schnebly Hill Road where I left my SUV and piled into the RZR for an incredible adventure. We covered the 6 miles from trailhead to the top of the rim in fifteen minutes flat, blowing by jeeps and motorcycles and I got it all on GoPro video which I have started editing for a vid to upload to Vimeo and embed on my website. If…

By Ted Grussing… a nice quiet day … work on photos and projects around the house and before I knew it the day was coming to a close. I was working primarily on wildlife photos for upload today and whilst going through some of my raptor shots I came across this one of a Zone Tail Hawk on the way home with a delicious meal securely in his talons.
By Ted Grussing… I love anything that flies and found this shot from earlier this year; a Ring Neck duck fully engaged his take off run. His speed was such that he had taken his last step and was going airborne and the water fell away as he rocketed skyward … kinda familiar and fully focused on the task at hand … no GoPro attached though … no annual inspections … or oil changes :+)

By Ted Grussing… one of my favorite songs from the Fifth Dimension and I used it in a short video clip I put together this afternoon which includes a flight Jason and I took on Saturday and one I took on Sunday. Very clumsy in beginning to work with video since I have not done it in months, but it came back quickly … relatively speaking. Anyhow, it is a fun video, less than three minutes in length and gives you a pretty good idea of what it is like in my Lambada Motorglider.
