The Decision was illegal in many ways. Plus the commissioners lied repeatedly throughout the Decision. Cottonwood AZ (June 25, 2015) – Puff is a beautiful Blue Heeler with the stunning eyes, is a spayed female, about five years old. Recently, VVHS volunteers noticed she wasn’t feeling well. Puff was taken to the vet and rushed into surgery for an obstructed bowel. She is feeling much better now and would love to go home.
