By Ted Grussing… and still here … fun weekend spent with friends eating all kinds of good stuff like brats with caramelized onions, homemade baked beans, coleslaw, incredible guacamole (thank you Dana) brownies, chocolate chip cookies and much left over. Nothing better than frozen chocolate chip cookies and brownies! After dinner we all headed over to the Collective where Anthony was giving an outdoor concert – plenty of seating in the grassy area and I understand the Collective will be having a lot of weekend concerts and stuff in the future.

Sedona AZ (June 6, 2016) – The League of Women Voters Greater Verde Valley presented their first “Civic Engagement Leader” awards at their annual meeting on Saturday, June 4.According to Barbara Litrell, President of the local League, “Paul Friedman, Andrea Houchard and Barbara U’ren, were recognized for their outstanding work in encouraging informed and active participation in community and government which exemplifies the purpose of the League of Women Voters.”

These are documents that the ACC had redacted. In the version the judge got from the ACC the documents were unredacted so he could determine if the redactions the ACC had made were legitimate. Three of opera’s legends featured in big screen concert event at Fisher TheatreSedona AZ (June 5, 2016) – The Sedona International Film Festival presents the “The Three Stars in Munich” Concert on Sunday, June 12, featuring three of opera’s most legendary performers: Anna Netrebko, Jonas Kaufmann and Thomas Hampson. There will be one show at 4:00 p.m. at the festival’s Mary D. Fisher Theatre. The superstars of classical music are together for the first time at the Königsplatz, Munich for one night only. I was told this afternoon that the air quality tomorrow morning will be very bad and it was really bad today so I stayed in all day and instead of the evaporative cooler which takes in outside air I used the AC all day. At least the air quality in here is not too bad.
