This was to be the final Speaker Series event of the spring season. Sedona AZ (June 6, 2013) – PRELIMINARY REPORT – On June 5, 2013, at approximately 2:15 PM, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to an injury accident involving a quad rider. The incident location was near Loy Butte Trail off Forest Road 525, Sedona. Sedona Fire Department was already on scene. Prior to arrival, deputies were told that 33-year-old Nadiya Zaverbna had died at the incident location.
