Mr. Fiske referenced it to a CBS Sunday Morning TV program and stated PEADS is a secret authority granted to the president to declare our Constitution, Amendments , laws, etc. null and void.

Cornville AZ (September 18, 2020) – On September 16, 2020, utilizing grant funding from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, a YCSO deputy conducted traffic enforcement along a stretch of Cornville Road outside of the Cornville community area. In the past few months, there have been several serious collisions along this section of roadway.
