By Ted Grussing… it is still pouring outside and likely the next couple of days too … not sure I have ever accomplished less in a day than I did today, but did enjoy it starting with friends over this morning and just kind of a drift throughout the day, a trip into town this afternoon to pick up a few things and drove through some very intense rain and hail en-route. One thing a totally relaxing day like this does is cause work to stack up giving a reason to be here tomorrow … smiles.

A Step Up is teaming up with NAOT Footwear to donate shoes for this life-saving organization.Sedona AZ (October 5, 2015) – A Step Up is playing host to a special event to benefit the Verde Valley Sanctuary from October 14th through October 16th.  The event will make sure that those who use the sanctuary are clothed with the proper footwear they need.A Step Up is hosting a NAOT trunk show on the grounds of Hillside Sedona, located 671 SR 179, Sedona, Arizona, to benefit the cause.  Each person who participates has two ways to help.  For every pair of shoes…

Then it was back to Minneapolis, the evening flight to Phoenix and the shuttle back to Sedona.

Sedona AZ (October 3, 2015) – If you’ve ever watched an improv show live or on television, you may wonder how the players manage to create scenes, and mini-plays completely made-up in the moment, right before your eyes.  It’s not as hard as you think.  Improvisational theater skills can be learned.  Shaeri Richards (a long time Sedona improv artist, currently performing with Zenprov ) with assistance from fellow troupe member Linda Roemer, will be facilitating a class called the Improv Tool Kit to teach you how it’s done.
