By Ted Grussing… this scene exists, but other than in the Painted Desert I have no idea where … I flew over an interesting earthscape, kicked the plane over in a steep bank and shot pretty much straight down righted the plane and continued on my way and I like it … hope you do too. Impacts include noise levels well beyond those allowed by city code, speeding and reckless driving.  Residents of several neighborhoods that provide direct access to the National Forest have joined together to urge the city to prohibit ATVs from using city streets in residential areas. “It is like living next to a race track”, says Eric Shrode, president of the Broken Arrow Civic Improvement Association.

Sedona AZ (November 5, 2016) – On Thursday, October 27, 2016, at approximately 8:30 pm, Fire Captain Matt Fleece called 9-1-1 to notify Fire Dispatch of a burn injury and fire at Station 5 in Oak Creek Canyon; he requested a fire response to the station. Fire Engineer Mike Pace was in the station when he heard an explosion outside the two-story fire station. Engineer Pace looked out the glass door and saw flames in the outside entryway. Engineer Pace quickly went downstairs to the lower entryway to search for Captain Fleece.
