They would perch in the shade on the side of a rock cliff surveying the quiet waters of the bay looking for fish and then swoop low across the water, circle and land back on the side of the cliff. I…

For the past few years, Sheriff Mascher has permitted the No Shave campaign to take place over several months towards the end of each year. This year, on behalf of YCSO employees, the staff was pleased to select the Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) Foundation representing the YRMC BreastCare Center to…
By John Roberts, Sedona Resident(October 15, 2020)Is it the Trump version of immunity ? That’s the one where enough contract coronavirus, even get well and become immune. Scientists do not agree and say this is a crackpot idea.Or is it the herd lining up everywhere to cast their presidential vote ? That is the one Trump ridicules and is trying to discourage because he knows it is predominately made up of democratic like voting – and him out of office.
By Ted Grussing… this morning I got the best coyote shots I have ever taken … perhaps 800 of them as we followed a group of coyotes up and down the shoreline, in and out of small canyons and watched them fishing , eating and playing. In the first of these shots the coyote is in the water looking for breakfast and about 30 seconds later he is exiting the water, heading for high ground carrying a massive fish … not sure what it is, but it fed four coyotes … this guy got first dibs though. There was a…

By John Roberts, Sedona Resident(October 13, 2020)Some comments about the Journal’s thinking recently published in Sedona.biz have objected that this unbiased true research group made a recommendation that Trump not continue as president. It was made in a political venue but not as a political remark such as we often read from politicians. This is obvious if the advice the journal has always offered is taken into account. The Journal confines their interests and remarks to only medicines being promoted for public use and to recommended medical practice as to being good for the health of the public.

Wilson Mountain extends from the facing cliffs in the foreground back up to the gap in the canyon wall just below Bill Williams Mountain which is on the horizon 2/3rds of the way towards the right side of the image. Behind Wilson in this photo is Long Canyon and on the…
