Rimrock AZ (December 11, 2014) – On December 9, 2014, YCSO detectives arrested 29-year-old Steven Elms and 27-year-old Juan Fuentes for numerous charges including Burglary, Credit Card Theft, Identity Theft, 9 counts of Credit Card Fraud and 3 counts of Trafficking in Stolen Property. Both remain in-custody – Fuentes on a $21,500 bond and Elms on a $20,000 bond.

They were removing sludge from the bottom of several ponds and so most of the ducks were on a few of the ponds that were relatively undisturbed and pretty much just basking in the warm afternoon sun.
