By Ted Grussing … last month I stopped at the ponds to do some duck hunting (with camera only) and got some nice shots of a few mallards dropping in to one of the ponds … and this is one of them as he was just starting his flare and landing gear (webbed feet) coming down for the landing. I do like the ponds, the relative quiet and sometimes intense action. On this day it was a quiet one and only a few birds flying … a fun one.

By Ted Grussing … I probably would have made it to church a little earlier this morning had I not become entranced by the beauty of God’s creation found next to my trash bin. It was raining, it is still raining and the drops adhere to leaves, berries and add beauty which enchants and excites the soul. So it was back into the house and about twenty minutes shooting water drops on the leaves, berries, pine needles and anything else I saw. Truly it was fun … whoops … need to leave so I can get to church before it…

Sedona AZ (February 26, 2015) – Sedona Smart Meter Awareness (SSMA) today announced a program to eliminate Arizona Public Service (APS) fees as a reason for any Sedona resident to unwillingly accept a “smart” meter. The program, called “RF Free,” is designed to match those who can’t justify the monthly opt-out fee with neighbors willing and able to pay the fee for them.
