By Ted Grussing… I was enjoying the beach in Huntington Beach and it was a lovely morning. An off shore racing boat came thundering by whilst I sat on the sand and it was an amazing sight to see. Actually there were two of them, but the other one was substantially ahead of this guy. I am looking down the beach into Newport Beach and the pier on the far left is Newport Pier. I love the beach and SoCal, but the traffic is oppressive … thinking it is a better idea to fly into SoCal and renting a car…
