Clifton will have served as City Manager for the city of Sedona for almost six years. He took the job in Sedona after being most recently with the city of Delta, Colo. for over two years.

Prescott AZ (January 26, 2021) – A proposed new water policy extending Prescott’s water and sewer services to unannexed areas outside the city limits has been postponed twice, and with good reason. Gary Beverly, president of the Citizens Water Advocacy Group (CWAG), will talk about how the city’s pending policy would increase the use of groundwater, encourage sprawling development, and circumvent citizen oversight at a Zoom meeting on Saturday, Feb. 13, from 10 a.m.-noon. Sedona AZ (January 26, 2021) – Congratulations to Rowe Fine Art Gallery artist Shirley Eichten Albrecht! The National Basketry Organization recently spotlighted Shirley in its Featured Friday Facebook post. The post included a video of the artist’s gourd and antler basket-weaving sculptures. Shirley was quoted as saying, “My weaving began with traditional basket weaving and evolved to creating sculptural artwork using gourds, antlers and Raku that speak to me during the creative process. It is fun and challenging, and that is growing as an artist – taking the next step up.”
