Sedona AZ (December 9, 2012) – Early Friday morning (December 7) a blaze broke out at Verde Hay Market and Feed in Cottonwood. At 10:00 a.m. the flames were extinguished; the hay bales were still smoldering. No injuries were reported however some baby chicks and a parrot were lost. Firemen stated a number of other farm animals were saved. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
