    Ann Eller New Executive Director at Sedona Sunrise Center for Adults

    Sedona AZ (April 2, 2012) – Ann Eller RN, NP has recently joined the staff at the Sedona Sunrise Center for Adults as Executive Director. Eller has had an impressive career as a teacher and nurse with extensive leadership experience. She was the International Health Coordinator for the Peace Corps in Washington DC, the Lead Research Practitioner for the University of Arizona , a cardiovascular educator for the Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix, the clinic supervisor for the Women’s Health Initiative Research Project at the U of A, and she is an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner. She is an author and public speaker. Her work and research into UFOs is a special interest of Ann’s, and she is the author of “Dragon in the Sky: Prophecy From the Stars”. Ann is also a mother and grandmother. She looks forward to her work at the Sedona Sunrise Center for Adults, saying she still has alot of “love to give.”

    The Sad Lesson of Tyre Nichols

    Having grown up in the mean streets of the Bronx there is one lesson we learn early on, and that’s don’t mess with the cops when they got you down, and outnumbered. The beating of Tyre Nichols at the hands of the police preceding his death at the hospital could have been avoided if only he had the sense to not resist them. People fail to understand that on the streets, cops are basically “God.” You can’t fight them. If it takes one, two, five, ten or twenty officers they will eventually put you down and hurt you if they have to in the process of detaining or arresting you. In the Bronx we would fight amongst ourselves but when the cops came it was “Yes, officer. No, officer,” and do our best to look as innocent as possible. People need to understand that cops on the street represent the full power of the state and government. Read more→
