Sedona AZ (April 11, 2017) – The community is invited to celebrate the grand opening of the new Posse Grounds Pavilion at a May 3 open house. Drop in any time from 4-7 p.m. to stroll the grounds, enjoy live music, theater and dance performances, and get a bite to eat. The pavilion has festival style seating, so bring a chair or blanket to use on the lawn.
The mayor, city council members and Friends of the Posse Grounds representatives will be on hand for a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. followed by the open house. At the close of the open house at 7 p.m., Sedona Hub will host an after-party next door.
The Posse Grounds Pavilion, located in the park at 525 Posse Ground Rd., has a permanent stage with canopy, sounds system, dressing rooms and restrooms. Facility capacity is 300. Parking capacity is 180 spaces, and is located across the street.
