The vacancies are for three-year terms from January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2015. Sedona AZ (February 5, 2013) – On Monday, February 4, 2013 at approximately 6:00 P.M., outside the St. Andrews Church on Arroyo Pinion Drive, two young children were approached by a male subject who asked them, “Do you want to see my duck? It’s in my car.” The children refused to go with him, and the male subject drove away leaving the area. Cornville AZ (February 5, 2013) – Troy Lee Curtis, 48, of Cornville, was sentenced yesterday by the Honorable Michael Bluff of the Yavapai County Superior Court, to a total of 30 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections, followed by lifetime probation and lifetime sex offender registration. In September 2009, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) learned a specific website had been used to facilitate the distribution and receipt of child pornography and began monitoring the site. Sedona AZ (February 5, 2013) –Sedona’s Studio Live hosts a poetry slam Saturday, Feb. 16, starting at 7:30 p.m. featuring Phoenix poet Jeremiah Blue and hosted by Sedona poet Christopher Fox Graham. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 the day of the performance, doors open at 7:00 pm. All poets are welcome to compete for the $75 grand prize and $25 second-place prize.
