By Ted Grussing… end of day on the Colorado Plateau on January 8th , 2017 … I took this shot on a very high wind day about 20 minutes before sunset and the conditions were phenomenal by anyone’s standards. You can see the clouds forming and being ripped on the San Francisco Peaks and the Standing Lenticular Cloud downwind of the peaks. The lennie wasn’t exceptionally high, perhaps 25,000’, but the wave in front of it would have been a trip to ride … due…

By Dr. Marta Adelsman Life Coach in Communication and Consciousness www.DrMartaCoach.com (August 1, 2018)Packing and moving to a smaller living space tries one’s patience to the max. It certainly tried mine during our recent house sale and move! After my husband and I had decided to put our house up for sale in the spring, the sorting and packing chugged along rather smoothly. Although stressed, I felt good that I could, for the most part, stay away from worry. Internal jitters grabbed at me from time to time, though, because we had a contract and a closing date on our house.…

That was the last time I floated my boat on the lake and the last time I was there, the water at the end of the dock was only about a foot deep. Maybe the monsoons have added some water and brought the levels up; if not it will be down to Lake Pleasant for some water fun and shooting … my propeller is supposed to be shipping from the Czech Republic…
