Prescott AZ (January 5, 2020) – It’s day 5 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program. Today the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating 29-year-old Damarius Antwone Williams. On October 24, 2016 the vehicle Williams was driving was pulled over for a traffic infraction by a Yavapai County Sheriff’s K-9 Deputy on eastbound Interstate 40 at milepost 137 in Ashfork Arizona. The deputy observed 3 additional occupants in the vehicle. The deputy also observed several indicators of criminal activity to include the behavior of the occupants, their answers to questions and an overwhelming odor of marijuana.

Burch is wanted on a felony charge of Impersonation. This charge originated from a February 2019 event in which Burch misrepresented his identity to a Yavapai County Deputy to avoid being arrested on another warrant he has.

Smith is wanted on a probation Violation Warrant stemming from Felony Criminal Impersonation, and multiple DUI charges.On March 8th, 2015, Smith was pulled over by a Yavapai County Sheriff’s Deputy for unsafe driving. Upon being contacted, Smith provided a driver’s license of another person as if it was his own. Smith was arrested for Aggravated DUI with a blood alcohol level of over .20.

By Ted Grussing… into the abyss … or so it seems, as this grackle leaves his perch on a concrete abutment and dives for some food on the now exposed bottom of one of the ponds at Bubbling Ponds Hatchery in Page Springs. They are remarkable flyers and with those huge tail feathers have rudder authority such as few birds have. The mud clumps and little ponds of water rather detracted from the photo so I took a few artistic liberties with it. The shadow of the bird on the concrete is amazing.
