Sedona AZ (January 12, 2021) – The city of Sedona’s Parks and Recreation Department seeks community input via an online survey in selecting an option for upgrading Posse Grounds Park. In Spring of 2020 an extensive evaluation process was conducted in which four initial park design concepts were created based on contributions from stakeholders and community members. The takeoffs are amazing and those rotor blades really blast the ground during takeoff. Elegant in its own way.

On April 3, 2014, Williams was pulled over by a Yavapai County Sheriff’s Deputy for speeding in the area of milepost 158 on Highway 93. Upon contacting the driver, who was identified as Racoco Williams, the deputy could smell the odor of burning marijuana coming from the vehicle. In addition, Williams displayed signs and symptoms of being impaired by drugs.
Sedona AZ (January 10, 2021) – Four large WWII aircraft models (known collectively as “warbirds”) built by the late long-time Sedona resident Dr. Howard Young are now “flying” again on permanent public display at the Sedona Airport. The giant scale models were cleaned, detailed and suspended from the ceiling of the airport’s main lobby in active flying positions by members of Central Arizona Modelers (CAM), the radio-controlled aircraft club of the Verde Valley. Prescott AZ (January 10, 2021) – UPDATE – On Wednesday, January 6, 2021, Brian Aurelio was stopped by detectives with the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s Vehicle Theft Task Force in the area of 29th Avenue and Dunlap while driving a stolen 2020 Ford F-350 pickup. The truck was stolen during a commercial burglary of an Enterprise Rental Business in the area. This truck was one of three trucks taken during the burglary. Still outstanding are a white 2020 Ford F-550 with Arizona plate of CM18394, and the other was a white 2020 Ford F-350 with Arizona plate of CH98500.
McGuireville AZ (January 10, 2021) – The Yavapai County Medical Examiner has confirmed the remains found on January 1, 2021, near McGuireville are that of 31-year-old Shane Rollman. Shane was reported missing to the West Covina Police Department in California, last seen September 12, 2020. Shane’s abandoned vehicle was found by DPS Troopers on September 23, 2020, at the McGuireville rest stop off I 17. Shane could not be located following a search by Troopers and subsequent extensive search effort by YCSO Forest Patrol Deputies and search volunteers. On August 6, 2016, Lopez went to the residence where his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend were staying in the 1600 block of East Franquero Lane in Cottonwood. After being refused entry by the victims, Lopez was able to enter the home by climbing through a window. The male victim locked himself in a room while the female victim locked herself in a bathroom.
