    “Time to Talk” Trauma Support Group

    logo_verdevalleysanctuary2018Sedona AZ (August 6, 2019) – The Verde Valley Sanctuary is currently offering a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for survivors of any form of violence and/ or trauma in their lifetime.  These sessions, “Time to Talk”, are the ideal setting for individuals to talk about their common experiences and learn coping skills.  “Time to Talk” support groups are currently held in Cottonwood at the Outreach Center, 601 W. Mingus Avenue, every Thursday noon – 1:00 P.M. and Sedona at Twice Nice Thrift Store, every Tuesday  1225 W. SR 89A, 6:00 P.M – 7:00 P.M.

    Whack – A – Mole War

    It looks like the tried-and-true method of armed conflict where armies face each other and kill until somebody wins or gives up, now all it takes is assassinating the leadership Israeli style. We enter a new phase of war where the leaders are killed first rather than last as in conventional warfare.
