      If the builders are so environmentally sensitive then why did they clear all the vegetation from the land? Why didn’t they let the buyers determine what trees and vegetation they wanted to keep and what to remove? It seems hypocritical to me………….the developers are speaking with a forked tongue. “Environmentally sensitive” is simply a ploy to them.

      Hope their homeowner’s insurance and fire taxes in the property insurance are significantly higher per $100,000 than those who live within city limits. Ridiculous to be so far into the national forest areas.
