“There has been a rise in the number of hikers, particularly in the Devil’s Bridge area, who need to be rescued because they are not prepared for the high temperatures. We hope that by stopping the service earlier in the day to this area that it encourages people to get out in the morning when it’s not as hot,” said Transit Administrator Amber Wagner.

This change was implemented in conjunction with the U.S. Forest Service. As a reminder, the Sedona Shuttle operates Thursday through Sunday and service will run on Labor Day (Monday, September 1).  The complete schedules are available at www.sedonashuttle.com.
