Sedona, AZ – In Third World Nations despots use the prosecutors and courts to remove their opposition. Joe Biden got on a Biden Milk Box and swore to his Catholic God that he would not interfere with the rule of law. Everybody was equal under the law. American law was just. American Law was good.
Biden himself, in writing, stated that the American Justice Department was nothing more than a banana republic office where justice is secondary to the whims of traitorous charlatans. Biden’s memorandum sounded like it was written by Donald Trump, who also screamed that the United States Justice Department was “politicalized”, “weaponized” or otherwise used as a tool of a political party. As Jeremiah Perez commented Joe Biden declared that Hunter was a victim of injustice. Hunter was just a crack head. Nothing more than a punching bag to get to the “Big “Guy”.
Passing the federal court in lower Manhattan, I thought I saw Lady Liberty tired and exhausted. She did not have her blindfold on, nor did she brandish the scales of justice. Her sword of justice was laid across her lap, as if it was too heavy to lift. She sat, flopped in a seat, as if to say, I’m tired of these fuckers.

I am dismayed that President Biden broke his word and pardoned his son’s conviction and other crimes. The broadness of the pardon, to wit: for charged and uncharged crimes for the past ten years is disturbing. This has nothing to do with President-Elect Trump.
Merrick Garland originally let the Statute of Limitations run on Hunter Biden’s most serious crimes and initially moved in court to dismiss the gun charge and left over tax charge . The Judge was offended because no other defendant was ever offered such a sweetheart deal. The US Attorney sheepishly admitted this to be true. The Judge rejected that plea deal and moved the case to trial. Merrick Garland got busted as a low life Attorney General. The jury got the first case. Hunter was convicted.
Joe Biden’s statement explaining his decision to reverse his promise to let justice unfold naturally made no sense. It made no sense because it is a lie.
I think the point of Dedalus ‘s story is that Joe Biden slandered, depreciated and disrespected the theme that America safeguards liberty and justice for all. Trump even pardoned or commuted sentences for a handful of individuals convicted of murderer or related crimes. Those are FACTS, not opinions or judgements.
I appreciate people being involved with politics and expressing their opinions – but the vitriol, anger and name calling is more than concerning. People congregate at school, church, social events etc. and are expected to behave in a manner our children can observe and aspire to emulate. My suggestion is to turn that negative energy into something positive that you and your family would be proud of now and in the future…plant a tree, volunteer for an organization you don’t necessarily agree with and learn something new firsthand, take up a hobby that benefits others, read a book by someone who doesn’t share your ideology – better yet – stay inside, stay quiet and write a book.
