Sedona AZ (November 26, 2021) – City Manager Karen Osburn named Andy Dickey as the new public works director/assistant city manager for the city of Sedona.  Dickey’s promotion to public works director/assistant city manager is the result of a reclassification of his current position with added responsibilities.
