Sedona AZ (December 14, 2011) – Southwestern Regional Forester, Corbin Newman has approved the proposed changes to the Red Rock Pass Program which will become effective as early as February of 2012. Changes to the program are a result of an extensive public involvement outreach in 2011 and recommendations from the Arizona Recreation Resource Advisory Council (RRAC). Sedona AZ (December 14, 2011) – Due to construction delay-related concerns, coupled with the ongoing economic impacts to local businesses, the City of Sedona has directed CPC Construction, Inc (CPC) to suspend construction of the storm drainage project on State Route 89A in west Sedona between the Roadrunner Drive and Deer Trail Pass intersections. Construction will recommence after the New Year. By suspending construction, traffic barriers will be removed, thereby allowing for normal traffic flows and regular access to local businesses.
