Four Wednesdays, May 1– 22 from 2:45 to 4:45 in the Founders Room at the Camp Verde Library.

Camp Verde AZ (April 7, 2019) – Forgiveness, a fierce spiritual discipline, requires that we confront and expose everything that drives our pain—every hidden agenda, belief system (BS) and dark thought. As we increasingly stand in the fire of this immaculate defenselessness, we remember our own eternal goodness, innocence and worthiness. And, expanded harmony, health and well-being in our minds, bodies, situations and relationships will ensue. This journey takes courage.

Aromatherapy and essential oils can greatly enhance your process and results.

    Ode to Sleeplessness

    By Amaya Gayle Gregory

I sleep well most nights. This is something relatively new for me. For many years, I was a raging insomniac. I didn’t sleep well last night and found myself meditating around 4am, not so much to get to sleep but for something to pass the time.
