The Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona 2018 competitive grant process will begin Thursday, March 1, with final applications due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21. Grant applicants must provide services within Sedona and/or the Verde Valley.

The Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona and its collaborative partners awarded over $244,000 to 50 nonprofits through the 2017 competitive grants process. Grant funding may be awarded in interest areas including but not limited to animal welfare, arts & culture, education, environment & sustainability, behavioral health, tolerance & diversity, social services, children, senior citizens and individuals with disabilities.

Thanks to the generosity of local donors, the Arizona Community Foundation, an anonymous family foundation, and local funding partner Northern Arizona Healthcare Foundation, the collaborative funding in 2017 enabled the ACF of Sedona to greatly expand the amount invested in the local community.

Local staff are available to answer further questions and assist nonprofit organizations during the application process. For more information, contact Regional Philanthropic Advisor Tracey McConnell at 928.399.7218 or TMcConnell@azfoundation.org.
