Camp Verde AZ (May 31, 2017) -Join Chris Knack, Certified Geriatric Care Manager from Home Care Assistance on Tuesday, June 6th at 10:30am in the library’s Copper Room for an informative presentation on the relationship between eating healthy and brain health.
Chris will lead a fun and interactive session as he explains what types of foods are best for overall health and vitality. He will discuss current health trends, how food impacts the body, as well as how the body is impacted by stress, sleep deprivation, artificial sweeteners, etc. Chris will then discuss ways to make changes to your current diet in a way that allows you to eat healthy while still enjoying food.
