On May 9th the Town conducted a stakeholders meeting attended by approximately seventy individuals from various public and private institutions with connections to the Verde River. At this all day workshop, participants identified on a map possible amenities and features for the two river access points. These maps will be on display at the open house for review. Everyone interested in the development of these two sites is invited to attend the open house and provide feedback on the concepts being discussed. Questions should be directed to the Community Development Department at 928-639-2500.
