    6th Annual Cornville Chili Cook-Off, June 7

    Cornville AZ (May 27, 2014) – Chili cooks and tasters take note. The 2014 Cornville Chili Cook-Off event is scheduled for Saturday, June 7th at Windmill Park from 10 AM to 2 PM. Come out and 20140527_288_2014-flyer-chili1cook your special chili for crowd tasting and/or judging. Or just come out to taste the People’s Choice or Red Chili. This event is organized by the Chili Appreciation Society International’s local “pod”, Yavapai Chili Society. Winners earn points toward participating in the Terlingua International Chili Championship. It’s just $3 per person to get a taste of each of the entries. Rules can be found on the Cornville Community Association website www.CornvilleAZ.org. Due to fire restrictions, only propane cooking is allowed.
