logo_cornvillecommunityCornville AZ (May 27, 2014) – Will there be enough water for us and future generations? Tom O’Halleran will address this question with the Cornville Community Association at the regular monthly meeting, 6:00 PM on June 11th at Oak Creek School.  Tom is Chair of the Verde River Basin Partnerships Board of Directors. He is a former Arizona State Senator and current President of Keep Sedona Beautiful. At the legislature, he served as Chair of the House Committee on Natural Resources where he sponsored and passed legislation that resulted in Arizona’s first requirement for a statewide water management plan along with drought and conservation requirements for water providers. Tom also chaired the Council of State Governments West, Natural Resources and Environment Committee, and for three years co-chaired the Governors Arizona Forest Health Oversight Committee.
