    Mortimer Family Farms Brings Back the Pumpkins!

    Mortimer Family Farms is celebrating their Fall Harvest with a huge Pumpkin Festival & Corn Maze in October!

    logo_mortimerfamilyfarmsVerde Valley AZ (September 12, 2013) – Arizona Families head north to “Beat the Heat” at Mortimer Family Farms Pumpkin Festival, every weekend in October (Friday’s 4-10, Saturday’s 10-10, and Sunday’s 10-5)! Kids of all ages will explore a 25 acre Pumpkin Patch, 15 acre Corn Maze, Fireworks, Fall Décor, Apple Cider, Farm Hay Rides, Haunted House, Ferris Wheel, Zip Line, Bubble Run, Corn Bath, Laser Tag, Climbing Wall, Barrel Train, Antique Tractor Show & Pull, Food & Craft Vendors and Live Entertainment! Stay and party the night away with a Farm Dance, live county western band and entertainment every Saturday night. Festival admission is $12.00 (ages 2 and under free) and includes free parking. Mortimer Family Farms is located at Highway 69 & 169 in Dewey, Arizona.

As my own children have grown I realize how short of time we have to make these lasting memories and traditions – traditions I hope my children will continue with their children and my grandchildren.”

    Families will enjoy a day at the Farm filled with sensational farm experiences and weekly entertainment. From picking your pumpkin, to exciting rides and activities – Mortimer Family Farms cannot be beat! A day at the Mortimer’s Farm is a day never forgotten.

    The 25 Acre Pumpkin Field is busting with pumpkins of every size and variety, ready for your family to select right off the vine! Other fall décor includes Indian Corn, Gourdes, Corn Stalks & sunflowers, ready for the picking!

    Mortimer’s 15 Acre Corn Maze is a tribute to the fallen 19 Granite Mountain Hot Shots, carved in memory of the 19 men who died protecting Yarnell on June 30th, 2013. Visitors will discover three separate mazes (appropriate for all ages) sure to provide an A-Mazing Time for all! Don’t worry – Mortimer’s will make sure you don’t get too lost!

    While at the farm, don’t miss the “Farm Market Store & My Grandma’s Kitchen” filled with fresh picked vegetables, baked goods and treats for the whole family.
