Letter to the Editor: APS Installing “Smart” Meters
in Payson

Thanks to the ACC’s negligence, APS is now installing “smart” meters in Payson. In conjunction with the installations, APS brags they are making “every effort to keep you informed.” It’s amazing how much misinformation they can cram on a door-hanger. Read about it in my letter to the ACC here:
