SEDONA, Ariz. – The city and their contractor, Cactus Asphalt, will execute a citywide crack seal project the week of June 22, 2026, on sections of the following streets:
- Schnebly Hill Road
- Posse Ground Road
- Carruth Drive
- Grasshopper Lane
- Grounds Drive
- Silex Circle
- Little Scout Lane
- Brewer Road
- Calle Del Sol
Crack sealing is a technique that involves filling roadway cracks with a sealant to prevent water and debris from entering and causing further roadway deterioration. Once complete, these improvements will extend pavement life and improve the road quality for motorists.
Work may occur Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No road closures are anticipated, however please be aware of flagging operations throughout the work zones. Access to businesses and residences will be maintained. This is a fast-moving operation and most areas will be complete within two days. This work compliments the recent asphalt sealant treatment project by filling in any cracks or voids that weren’t sealed in that effort.
