Sedona News – Every Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in May, the city of Sedona’s Parks and Recreation Department will host the Red Dirt Concert Series at the Posse Grounds Pavilion at 525 Posse Grounds Rd., featuring a wide variety of musical acts.
The 2024 Spring Series will feature:
- Friday, May 3 – Well Dressed Wolves, with opener Moon Tsunami
- Friday, May 10 – Foxy Koshka, with opener Craig Yarbrough
- Friday, May 17 – The Swamp Poets, with opener Jack OC & The Alien
- Friday, May 24 – The Storytellers, with opener Banjo Joe & Danielle
- Friday, May 31 – Anthony Mazzella, with opener Peter Sterling & Friends
“We’ve extended the length of the shows based on community feedback and have also made some significant upgrades to the sound system at the Pavilion, all of which will make for the best year yet – once again – for the Red Dirt concerts,” said city of Sedona Recreation Coordinator Jason Vargo.
The Red Dirt Concert Series, originally established by the Friends of the Posse Grounds in partnership with the city of Sedona and sponsored in part by APS, is now in its eighth year of supporting local performers and community gathering.
