Sedona News – The public is invited to join the Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona for the Spirit of Philanthropy Awards Celebration on Sunday, April 14 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Yavapai College in Clarkdale, Arizona. The event is a free celebration of community philanthropy where we will recognize this year’s Spirit Award winners for their leadership in supporting the Sedona and the Verde Valley community.
ACF of Sedona has been recognizing community leaders with the Spirit Awards for the past 23 years. The 2024 Spirit Award winners are:
- Leonard & Karen Barrow for Spirit of Philanthropy Award
- Mary Byrd for Philanthropist of the Year
- Eric Wyles for Volunteer of the Year
- Wheel Fun for Nonprofit of the Year
- Yavapai County Junior Rodeo Association – Travis & Kelcy Lyons for Community Collaborator of the Year
- Main Stage – Rebecca Riffel for Business Benefactor of the Year
