Camp Verde News – To better inform the community regarding activity at the Marshals Office they are releasing the following information. Below is a statistical accounting comparing January 2023 vs. January 2024.  Total calls for service are those calls resulting in Police activity. Traffic stops are in addition to regular calls for service. Traffic stops increased, especially along the SR260 corridor. Speeding and distracted driving directly result in increases in collisions and injury. Please slow down and allow enough time to get where you are going. Put your phones down and use hand free devices only!  If you see reckless or suspected impaired driving call 911. Provide Dispatch with as many details as you can, but DO NOT follow the offender.
