Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “Klondike” showing Aug. 4-9 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.
The critically-acclaimed, powerful drama “Klondike” was an international success at prestigious film festivals around the world. It took home the top directing award at the Sundance Film Festival World Cinema Dramatic Competition as well as the Jury Prize at the Berlin International Film Festival and the Best Film Award at the International Istanbul Film Festival.
“Klondike” is the story of a Ukrainian family living on the border of Ukraine-Russia during the start of the war.
The pregnant Irka refuses to leave her house, even shortly after the family find themselves at the center of an international air crash catastrophe.

“Klondike” will be shown at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre Aug. 4-9. Showtimes will be Friday, Saturday and Monday, Aug. 4, 5 and 7 at 6:30 p.m.; and Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 8 and 9 at 3:30 p.m.
