… time for espresso … let time get away from me whilst working on photos tonight and need to get at least a few hours before starting the day off with some espresso made from Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee I roasted last week … like really good! If you would like the best coffee possible, start roasting your own and taking the tips and advice of Jon Burman at www.burmancoffee.com . Think I have been roasting all my coffee for close to ten years now and all of it from Jon. Do yourself a favor and explore this wonderful world … and they have a wonderful selection of tea also.

More from the shoot Sunday morning … four Western Blue Birds at the pond in search of water that is not in solid state. I love blue birds.
A few months ago I got an email wondering what I was doing getting an email out at 3AM … I replied that I did it because I wanted to be in bed by 4AM … hoping to make it by then again.
Have a beautiful day … choose to seek beauty and smile as you find it and the day unfolds with all its wonder.
Cheers and g’morning
Ted
Whatever else you do or forbear;
Impose upon yourself the task of happiness;
And now and then abandon yourself
To the joy of laughter.
