By Ted Grussing
After shopping the internet for a white armoire for more than two hours tonight it was determined that enough is enough … search abandoned for now … nothing quite fit what we were looking for and eventually a break is the best answer; search resumes later today.
When I sat down at the computer and opened a random folder I have not been in for a while out pops this beautiful white flower (not quite an armoire). I took this shot a few months ago on my morning walk … the crisp white of the pedals matched the beauty of the cool morning air. The bloom is gone, but the memory continues and improves with passing time.
A busy day just finished and another one on tap. Interior painting this time along with all the taping, masking and other stuff. Should be fun and as always it is nice to see your efforts rewarded with a nice “new” room. So it was a day spent with friends … the best of all possible ways to spend a day.
Cheers and share your joy
Ted
And love in the still of the star-flecked night,
When earth was all strewn with gold,
Has lifted my heart like the chords of song
Oft sung in the worlds of old.
