Sedona, AZ — It’s a fight. Just like I predicted. The judicial branch of government has fully become aware of the executive’s plan to take over completely. And those who still consider themselves the protectors of our country’s laws, are not happy with the administration’s antics.
One could have expected the judicial branch to bend over backwards for Trump since most of the Supreme Court’s members were put there by him, but the excuse for declaring the Alien Enemies Act is just too thin.
It simply defies reason to claim that entire cities have been taken over by gangs like Tren de Aragua. It’s like, where are they? Where are the trucks with machine guns patrolling city streets like the Taliban did in Afghanistan? Where are their bunkers? Where are their tanks and missiles? Where are the police in these cities? Cowering defenseless somewhere while the well-armed and organized tattooed enemy rape and rampage? Where, are the pitched battles between TdA troops and our own?
At most, across the country, we are shown detained illegal immigrants numbering in the hundreds—not the millions that we are told invaded our country.
Also, to claim that most of the 16 million undocumented immigrants are criminals, rapists, drug dealers, and sex traffickers does not fly because it’s simply not true.
Yes, there are evil and ruthless immigrants in our country that must be thrown out and jailed, but we must not forget our homegrown American citizens who are drug dealers, killers, rapists, and criminals doing evil in our country, either. They need to be caught, tried and jailed as well.
However, these are but distractions covering the real fight, which is the administration’s effort to gain legal and political dominance over our government and the judicial effort to stop it.
The good bet is that SCOTUS will not give Trump the power to do as he wishes, even with a stacked SCOTUS deck. Without judicial approval or legal basis to stand upon, this administration’s deportation plan is not going to work.
So, there is now this bottleneck. The courts have given the undocumented a reprieve for the moment. As a result, there are just too many detainees crowding the holding facilities while they plead their case not to be deported.
Without them immediately being shipped out to make room for more, there are only so many they could take from the streets and put into the system. The flow gets impeded because of the legal delays in shipping them out.
Beds are needed, meals need to be prepared, and there simply is not enough room to keep them in ICE detention facilities. while each case grinds through the courts.
A constipated deportation plan is the last thing this administration needs while the tariff mess dangles over their heads.
If it’s true we have 16 million undocumented individuals living in the U.S., even if we catch, process, and deport a million people a year, it would take 16 years to get them all out.
Who knows where the country will be then, considering the lightning-fast changes our system is going through every day.
Meanwhile, the drama continues. Who in the end wins? The judicial or executive branch? The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind.

Tommy you may be right about the Alien Enemies Act being a bit much for possibly 1 maybe 2 of the fascist bought and paid for MAGA SCOTUSi! Thomas being a black man married to a white woman might garner some imaginary hope that he could be a humanitarian! Subsequent Orders:
While Executive Order 11905 was the first to explicitly ban assassinations, later orders by Presidents Carter (EO 12036) and Reagan (EO 12333) continued to affirm the ban, with some slight modifications.

glad you still hold out some hope for the criminally insane MAGA Judges of the SCUTUS. However, each of them has lied under oath numerous times about upholding precedents while overturning them. If one of them just so happens to turn on Trump which is highly highly unlikely as he has dirt upon everyone in positions of power in the government to include them and they very darn well know this. Trump has also proven that he has absolutely no problem sicking his mentally feeble minions upon them to do them and their families physical harm or kill them! He enjoys this kind of criminal sycophantic loyalty. In fact he demands it, especially of those he puts into office! Should for some very very off reason they all turn on him, he will just have Elonia eliminate their Office and role in government altogether. This is their track record so why hold out hope that any of these criminals will do the right thing by the law ever?
