City of Sedona ArizonaSedona AZ (February 22, 2016) – Striping of streets throughout the city of Sedona will begin Monday, Feb. 22 and continue through Friday, March 25. Most of the work will be performed between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., weather and temperature permitting.

Striping work will occur on all public city streets and will not include State Route 89A or State Route 179. The work will consist of restriping center lines, edge lines, crosswalks, stop bars, pavement arrows, “only” symbols and bike lanes.

While this may cause some inconveniences, the city appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speeds through work areas, maintain a safe distance from work vehicles, and be cautious of wet paint.

Traffic Safety Incorporated of Prescott Valley will perform the work. For questions, please contact city of Sedona Traffic Aide Jerry Hutchison at 203-5083.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
