The sexual assault charges levied against Joe Biden are being compared to those that were hurled towards Judge Kavanaugh.
In the Biden case details in those charges have been revised several times. Not so with Kavanaugh . Independent support in the Kavanaugh case was actually denial and in Bidens case has not yet been made known. The political attacks in the Kavanaugh case were against Kavanaugh while in the Biden case are against the victim. The venues are not the same.
Neither case carries equal probative weight.
The quality of character of Biden and Kavanaugh based on their prior careers is at this stage equal.
The persuasiveness in either case is still up in air.
