logo_yavapaicollegeCottonwood AZ (February 8, 2013) – On Monday, February 11 at 11 a.m., members of the Cottonwood Economic Development Council (CEDC) will meet at the Yavapai College Verde Campus (601 Black Hills Drive, Clarkdale) to present a $10,000 pledge for the college’s Southwest Wine Center (SWC).

“We are sending a big message to the community that the CEDC supports great economic development initiatives such as the Southwest Wine Center. This is a big deal for us, the wine industry and Yavapai College,” notes Casey Rooney, Economic Development Director for the City of Cottonwood.

The presentation will take place at Building 0, which is the site of the future Southwest Wine Center on the Verde Campus. A map is attached. Those planning to attend can park in areas 8, 9, 10 or 12, and walk towards Building 0.

    Whack – A – Mole War

We enter a new phase of war where the leaders are killed first rather than last as in conventional warfare.
