Omicron: ‘The I Told You So of the Unvaccinated’

Tommy Mug 2Sedona News: For the vaccine hesitant and refusers, Omicron has become an “I told You So,” believing that by waiting they avoided the coming merry-go-round of approaching variants and the endless booster shots people will need to take to avoid infection.

They waited, always suspecting that the vaccines would not work and that something would happen in the future to make the vaccinated even more vulnerable to diseases coming down the pike.

And then came Omicron. The anti-vaxers knew something would render vaccinations mute. They are grateful now they waited and that their misgivings were justified.

We can forget they could ever be convinced in the future to get the jab. Omicron cemented their refusal.

As reported in numerous places, it appears that Omicron has a peculiar appetite for the vaccinated as well as the unvaccinated, easily thwarting whatever immune response the vaccinated have left.

Authorities claim that boosters help minimize Omicron’s effects but the anti-vaxers will need a lot more than that to get them to roll up their sleeves.

Even if the Omicron incarnation seems to be less severe than its predecessors it sets the stage for eternal boosters that will be needed to deal with its offspring as it evolves into ever more vaccine-resistant strains, according to the hesitant and refusers.

Maybe the next one would be called “Demonicron.” The mother of all viruses.

And let’s face it. Get brutally honest about this pandemic. It’s never going to end. Not while the infected vaccinated are re-infecting each other, with the infected unvaccinated adding to the mix.

The Covid virus will continue to mutate in its effort to survive until there are no more humans left to infect.

That would most likely be the end game for the virus’s eventual demise.

Unfortunately, it could be ours as well.

Meanwhile, the toll this pandemic is taking on humanity is immeasurable. From the immune compromised and elderly dying in droves, to the children being denied a normal childhood, to the fearful cowering inside their homes in terror, lives are being destroyed or forever altered in one way or another.

Yet, here in Sedona, one would hardly notice there is pandemic “raging.” Tourists are walking about mask less, and carefree. Restaurants are open. Stores are open. Staff and patrons are not wearing masks either. People are congregating without fear or concern.

There are no long lines of cars full of people queued up at Walgreens to get their rapid Covid test.

Kids and teachers don’t have to wear masks in schools. People are shopping in supermarkets with only about a third wearing masks. Deaths related to Covid in Sedona are minimal.

People are going about their lives oblivious and unafraid, while the rest of the world cringes in fear.

Amazing. One has to wonder why Sedona is being spared the brunt of the pandemic. Who knows.

The fearless might as well enjoy it while they can. One can wonder what kind of imposition the authorities might try in the future to curb Sedona’s irreverence to the Covid threat.

Happy New Year everyone. Breathe. Live in the present. And count your blessings.

If the “vaccinated” are becoming infected then how can you still call it a vaccine? This business of inoculations, immunizations and vaccines seem to be the wrong words for that shot. I thought they would make you immune to the the virus. That word immune means cant become ill or spread. Why are they changing the definition of everything? I would imagine there might be something definite about a definition?

Saw this on my Twitter and it sums it up nicely:

      1% control the world.
      4% are their puppets
      90% are asleep.

5% know and try to wake the 90%.

The 1% use the 4% to prevent the
5% from waking up the 90%.

      In today’s news:

Those mandating the COVID shots and boosters will soon face trials and removal from public office. As far as Tony (the rat) Fraudci, this can’t happen too soon. https://www.facebook.com/FlorinChilianOfficial/photos/lawyers-promise-nuremberg-trials-against-all-behind-covid-scamright-now-a-second/10159579101575312/
