Cottonwood AZ (February 4, 2019) – Yavapai Silent Witness Director Chris Wilson has announced the 2019 Catch 22 campaign which began February 1, 2019. Every day through February 22, 2019, the Sheriff’s Office will share information about a wanted fugitive from the program. A direct tip to Silent Witness resulting in the arrest of the fugitive within 90 days of the announcement will result in $500 cash reward.

NAME: Jackie Joseph Duval, 33
CHARGES: Child Abuse, Robbery, Disorderly Conduct, Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Damage. Some charges related to domestic violence.
Description: Date of Birth 08/14/1984, 5’ 9” tall, 165 pounds, brown hair and eyes.
For Catch 22 day 4, the Cottonwood Police is asking for help in locating Jackie Joseph Duval. His last known address was in Cottonwood on Cyprus Street. Also showing an address in Berwick, Louisiana, as of 2018.
