Last November I filed a complaint with the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct regarding two Maricopa County Superior Court judges involved in my appeal of the Arizona Corporation Commission’s “smart” meter decision made earlier in the year.

In my opinion, the judge in my case (Judge McClennen, someone with previous ethics violations) acted unethically by doing the work of the Defendants by asking me to prove jurisdiction. I tried to change judges but was incorrectly denied that option by Superior Court Presiding Judge Warner.

Last week I received notice that the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct dismissed my complaint against the two judges, finding “no evidence of ethical misconduct” or that the judges violated the Code of Judicial Conduct.

    Total nonsense!

Actually, five Rules of the Code plus a Section of the Arizona Constitution were violated. So yesterday I filed a Motion for Reconsideration with the Commission on Judicial Conduct. Read More→

Thanks for all your hard work on this Warren.
In my opinion and in my experience it’s a lost cause. I took a slam dunk case to trial, the judge refused to look at the evidence, was not on top of the latest in legal doc preparers fees in the state of AZ, and in general was bored, pissed that I was making such a big deal about it all, and essentially just wanted me out of the courtroom.
It was amazing – quite the lesson in justice in America.

You can be absolutely right within the letter of the law but our system is totally broken, an old boys club and they will protect their own… most judges are not on top of changes in laws and would rather be right than be in integrity.
I’m sure theres a few honest, unjaded judges left somewhere, but probably not in America, certainly not Arizona.

I was so naive before I had my own little court experience.
      Good luck

Does it matter if life is illusory or real, if this a material world like most everyone thinks or a dream? It looks and feels real, it offers sensations and feelings that attest to its realness.
