City of Sedona ArizonaSedona AZ (June 24, 2015) – Register now for British Soccer Camp, hosted by Sedona Parks and Recreation and presented by Challenger Sports.  The session will be held from July 6 to 10 at Posse Grounds Park.  It is available for youth from ages 2 to 16 and is broken into age groups.  Depending on the age, classes range from one hour to a full day.

Challenger Sports’ innovative approach to coaching youth soccer in the U.S. has made this the most popular soccer camp in the country.  Their experienced staff have studied the game at all levels and identified the key techniques and skills that players need to work on and master to reach their true potential.  Each day includes individual foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, small-sided games, coached scrimmages, and a daily World Cup tournament.

    Ode to Sleeplessness

    By Amaya Gayle Gregory

I sleep well most nights. This is something relatively new for me. For many years, I was a raging insomniac. I didn’t sleep well last night and found myself meditating around 4am, not so much to get to sleep but for something to pass the time.
